WELLESLEY HILLS, Mass. - Bremen J. Anderson, 34, of Wellesley Hills, formerly of Madbury, N.H., died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2002, in Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston.

Born in Topeka, Kan., he was a resident of Wellesley Hills for the past two years. He was a graduate of Oyster River High School in Durham, N.H., Class of 1985; the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business in 1989; and received an M.B.A. from Babson College in Wellesley in 1992. He was a member of the UNH Sigma Nu fraternity.

Mr. Anderson was founder and president of North Atlantic Internet Inc. of Mansfield; original member and chief financial officer at The Internet Connection Inc.; and former operations consultant for Arthur Andersen.

He is survived by his wife, Marggy L. (Donato) Anderson; his father, Edward T. Anderson of Berwick, Maine; his mother, Karen B. (Burke) Hasselman and her husband, J. Cameron, of Parsonsfield, Maine; his brother, E. Burke Anderson and his wife, Dawn M., of Medway.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Robert C. and Anna E. Burke of Wellesley.
