Claude Michael Dressler
Claude graduated ORHS in 1975 and stayed on at UNH. He graduated in 1981 and moved to Boston were he worked in electronics. He loved music, taught himself guitar, and became quite accomplished. After moving to Pennsylvania, he married Ellen Tepper, with whom he formed the Celtic folk band "Separate Reality". Together they played many events locally and in New England. He was very proud of the CD they recorded and sold at folk festivals and gigs along the way. He also loved motorcycles, a passion first developed in the sandpits of Madbury and Lee, and toured often on his Harley Fat Boy. Claude was carefree and lived his live without worry. Unfortunately, he suffered from depression and addiction as he entered his forties and ultimately ended up taking his own life. He is survived by his brother Greg (ORHS class of 1977) of Ann Arbor, MI; his sister in law Dervla; his two nieces Nicole and Kiera; and his mom Rosel of Palm Coast, Florida, who all miss him dearly. |
