MADBURY -- Douglas E. Langley, 34, of Evans Road, died March 29, 1991, at Brigham & Women's Hospital, Boston, after a long battle with leukemia. Born Jan. 23, 1957, in Newton, Mass., the son of Harold E. and Barbara (White) Langley Jr., he has resided in Madbury for 5 1/2 years. Douglas was a graduate of Oyster River High School, class of 1975, and he attended Los Angles City College for 2 years. While serving 4 years in the Marine Corps he was stationed in Santa Ana, Calif. He was presently employed as an auto mechanic at Ed Byrnes Chevrolet, Dover. A member of the Church of St. Thomas More, Durham, he is survived by his wife: Robin (Cress) Langley, Madbury; his parents of Durham; his paternal grandfather, Harold E. Langley Sr., Epsom; 1 brother, David E. Langley, Durham; 1 sister, Mrs. Peter (Donna) Hamel, Newmarket; 1 uncle, 2 nieces and 1 nephew and pre-deceased by a brother Daniel Langley who died in 1974. ——————— The family suggests memorials be made to the Durham Ambulance Corps, P.O.
