Michael D. McKinnon

RYE – Michael D. McKinnon, 41, of Knowles Corner, died Saturday, Nov. 1, 2003, after a sudden illness.

He was born Feb. 10, 1962, in, Durham, the son of Donald D. McKinnon of Ogunquit, Maine, and Jenifer D’Arcy of Ossipee. He was raised in Durham.

He was a graduate of Oyster River High School and attended the University of New Hampshire.

He was a designer and enjoyed fund-raising for Strawberry Banke.

He enjoyed yoga and designing.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his partner, Reed Stewart of Rye; two brothers, James A. McKinnon of Thorton and Donald D. McKinnon, Jr. of Middleton; his stepmother, E. Ashley McKinnon of Ogunquit; and several nieces and nephews.
