| Cindy Munroe O'Donnell
FREMONT - Cindy M. O’Donnell, 52, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2023 at Hyder Hospice House in Dover. Born on July 19, 1970 in Exeter, NH, Cindy was the daughter of Donald and Judy Munroe.
A Durham native, Cindy attended Oyster River High School. Following graduation, she pursued her passion of helping and caring for others by becoming a Licensed Nursing Assistant. Cindy worked for Rockingham County Nursing Home for several years. Cindy enjoyed her time spent working at the County Home alongside many coworkers who became friends.
When away from work, Cindy could often be found in the kitchen always working on new recipes. Some turned out better than others, but they were always a joy for Cindy to put together. She also enjoyed traveling with her loving husband and best friend, Jim.
Cindy enjoyed a number of things aside from cooking; puzzles, spending time with her dog, Moxie, trying new restaurants. Her greatest joy came from time spent with family. Cindy was an amazing daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend; often putting others before herself.
Cindy is preceded in death by her father, Donald Munroe.
Those left to cherish Cindy’s memory include her husband, Jim O’Donnell; mother Judy Walker, and stepfather Ronald Walker of Dover, NH; children, Maggie and Jacob LaCroix of Rochester, NH; step-children, Mike O’Donnell of Dover, NH, Laura and husband Dan Timmons of Shapleigh, ME; grandchildren, Adalynn and Ainsley McLaren, R.J. and Lane Timmons, and Cody and Tayla O’Donnell; and a host of extended family members and friends, near and far.
