| DOVER -- Catherine Scarborough Palmer, 49, died unexpectedly on August 9, 2007 of heart failure. She was born March 13, 1958, the daughter of Stuart H. and Anne (Scarborough) Palmer. She attended Oyster River schools in Durham and Berwick Academy. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1985. She was, for a number of years, a restaurant manager in the Miami area. She returned to Dover in 1995 to attend to her mother who died in 2001. She is survived by her father and by her loving companion, Jeff Dewing. | ||
