Burt A. Richmond Burt A. Richmond, 18, was born June 19, 1952, and has resided in Lee most of his life. He was graduated from Oyster River High School, Durham, last June. He attended the Newmarket Community Church, had been employed at Davidson Rubber Co., Dover. The family includes his parents, Herbert G. and Ruth (Pollitz) Richmond, a twin brother, Russell J. Richmond of Lee; two sisters, Mrs. Gary (Polly) House and Mrs. Patricia Richmond, both of Newmarket; his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Alexander Richmond of North Reading, Mass.; two nephews, a niece, and several cousins. Services will be held Tuesday at 2 pm at the Newmarket Community Church. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends and relatives may call the Brisson and Kent Funeral Home, Newmarket tonight from 7 to 9 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Bert Richmond Scholarship Fund in care of Principal’s Office, Oyster River High School, Durham. Funeral Notice NEWMARKET - Funeral services for Burt Richmond were held Tuesday at 2 pm at the Newmarket Community Church. The Rev. Everett Gassett officiated at the service and conducted committal services at Riverside Cemetery. The bearers were Jeffrey Miner, David Miner, Brook Dupee, Toby Weir, Robert Lundholm, and Thomas Dyer. The services were largely attended. Among those present were representatives from Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Davidson Rubber Company, Gallant Manufacturing Company, and Oyster River High School. |
